Recognition built from the inside out
The GAROE Group was founded by a team who have spent time inside professional sport, working with clubs and organisations, understanding how they operate, and seeing first-hand that the milestones players and staff reach are rarely marked with the weight they deserve.
We knew there was a gap. Across sport, the records exist and the milestones are reached, but there is no consistent structure behind recognising them. We built the infrastructure to change that: a managed framework that fits inside how clubs already work, without creating additional load for the staff who run them.
The result is a recognition system built on permanence: physical, personalised, presented at the moment it matters most.

Every recognition is a physical object, produced on metal, designed to last, and meaningful to the individual who receives it.
The tracking, design, production and delivery is handled by us. Clubs don’t need to build a process around it.
Recognition presented at the moment it’s earned carries more meaning than retrospective acknowledgement. We build around that.

The Legacy Programme
A structured recognition framework for professional sport careers. Players, match officials, coaches and club staff, with milestones mapped to a finish tier and presented when they are earned. Managed entirely by the GAROE Group on behalf of the club.
