Recognition built from the inside out
The GAROE Group was founded by a team who have spent time inside professional sport — working with clubs and organisations, understanding how they operate, and seeing first-hand that the milestones players and staff reach are rarely marked with the weight they deserve.
We knew there was a gap. Across sport, the records exist and the milestones are reached — but there is no consistent structure behind recognising them. We built the infrastructure to change that: a managed framework that fits inside how clubs already work, without creating additional load for the staff who run them.
The result is a recognition system built on permanence — physical, personalised, presented at the moment it matters most.

Every recognition is a physical object — produced on metal, designed to last, and meaningful to the individual who receives it.
The tracking, design, production and delivery is handled by us. Clubs don’t need to build a process around it.
