Production & Dispatch

All Academy plaques are custom-manufactured upon the confirmation of a milestone or specific order request. The production timeline for each piece varies depending on the specific finish and service agreement in place with your professional club.

Once the manufacturing process is complete and the plaque has successfully passed our internal quality assurance protocols, it will be immediately processed for dispatch.

Shipping Methods

We utilize Royal Mail First Class for all standard consignments. Once an item has been dispatched from our production facility, you can expect the following transit timelines:

  • Domestic Delivery (UK): Royal Mail aims to deliver First Class parcels within 1–2 working days following the date of dispatch.

Territory Restrictions: At this time, The GAROE Group exclusively services and dispatches physical items to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international shipping for Academy plaques.

Academy Collection

In addition to standard residential delivery, we offer a streamlined collection facility directly integrated with the professional football clubs we work alongside.

You may elect to have your Academy plaque delivered to your affiliated academy facility. When choosing this option, the consignment is securely routed to the club’s administrative headquarters or designated training ground. Once the item has been received and processed by the club, a member of your academy’s administration or coaching staff will notify you and coordinate the formal handover of the plaque.

Loss & Liability

The GAROE Group ensures that all outbound Academy plaques are fully insured under standard Royal Mail policies or our own internal coverage during transit. We recognize the unique value of these bespoke items and take full responsibility for their safe arrival.

If your plaque does not arrive within the expected timeframe, or if it is damaged in transit, the following protocols apply:

  • Non-Receipt: Once you have verified that the item has not been received and we confirm the loss with Royal Mail, we will assume complete responsibility for resolving the issue.
  • Customer Obligations: Liability for non-delivery is only voided in instances of direct customer error, such as the provision of an incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise invalid delivery address at the point of order.
  • Resolution: Provided the fault does not lie with the recipient, The GAROE Group will promptly manufacture and dispatch a replacement Academy plaque at no additional cost.
